Don’t know if there is any quick fix for this. I have a camera that points across my front drive, and it works excellently with motion detect for picking up people coming onto my drive or pulling up in a vehicle outside. However, I get a great deal of recordings that I am not interested in, triggered by vehicles driving through the frame at ‘normal’ road speeds. Is there any way to stop a recording triggering for anything moving through at more than say 5 or 10 mph ? That way, I would still get a trigger on pedestrian traffic, or vehicles pulling to a stop outside my house. I’ve tried altering settings with ‘Speed Detection’ set as the motion algorithm, but I really don’t then understand how the other settings relate.
