It seems that TP-Link NC450 can be a little bit tricky to connect using ONVIF. In the tab for onvif source and after the Browsing or if the camera is added manually to the field Unknown/Custom make sure to use port 3702.

Yes you can. Make sure to have the latest firmware installed since that should support ONVIF.
When adding the camera in Netcam Studio use the tab for ONVIF source. Click on Browse and you should have the camera there. You might need to change to port 3702 in the ONVIF URL.
If you are ok with only video and audio use the tab for Custom Source. Set:
Stream type rtsp_tcp or rtsp_udp
Address:
rtsp://username:password@cameraIP:554/h264_hd.sdp
