TP-Link Tapo C200 No Audio

I am using my Tapo C200 using ONVIF and RTSP and in both situations I can’t get audio to be recorded or listened to.
I can listen to audio from the TAPO app on myh phone normally and whatever I record is with audio but with NetCam Studio I get no audio including Audio triggers also do not work.

I did search for C200 and did not find anything related to sound issues. I did see the messages on C200 but they were for other topics.
