Update source list on app

hi, I added a new source on the ncs server but this one is not present in the source list of ncs android app

Make sure that the source is included/enabled in the list for the credential you use.

thanks for the reply but I haven’t solved it yet. If I connect to the account with the PC I see the camera, but if I connect to the same account with the Android app I don’t see the camera

Quickest way, reinstall the Android App.

I tried to reinstall the app and delete the account that is missing the ipcam but this account always remains stored in the app, even after reinstalling. On this account that I cannot update I have an administrator profile

Go to App info. Click on Storage and Cache, Click on Clear Storage and click on Clear Cache. This should wipe out all info and you have to configure the App again.
