FYI, the above information is not quite the same as what is appearing on my computer screen. My computer has continuing “Couldn’t log message…” lines.

Hi Steve,
The log points to a security file. I suggest that you go to C:\ProgramData\Moonware\Netcam Studio\Server and delete the file Netcam.Security.xml and restart the program.
If this do not help I suggest a clean installation. First uninstall Netcam Studio and then go to C:\ProgramData\Moonware\Netcam Studio\Server and delete all. OBS! Before deleting make sure you have all information to connect the cameras again. In the file Server.config you can find that. Also save the file Lic.dat since that includes the license number.
Now, install Netcam Studio again.

Thanks for the rapid response. I could not find NetCam.security.xml at the location you suggested. I did find Moonware.security.xml. So I deleted that file and restarted. The problem persisted. So I did a clean install as you suggested. **That fixed the problem! Everything is working again. **

I need to move NetCam Studio to a new mini computer I recently purchased. I have already downloaded and installed the latest NetCam Studio software version on the new computer. How can I move the license information to the new computer?
You can´t since the licensing process depends on the hardware. You must send the license key to support@webcamxp.com and I will the reset the license for new activation.
If you don´t have the license key check the file Lic.dat in the old installation here C:\ProgramData\Moonware\Netcam Studio\Server
