Video show only in iOS, Windows and Android not

I use Netcam 1.6 and embeded on my website, it run very smooth for some year until some days ago.
Video i can view only in Iphone and IOS maybe, other system can not

Chrome has problems with http/https in the latest update. Firefox and Edge works and Safari.
