In the log file you have all the activities that goes on with Netcam Studio. If something goes wrong or isn´t working properly always check the log file first.
Go to C:\ProgramData\Moonware\Netcam Studio\Server and in the folder Logs you have the log files.
The folder ProgramData is a hidden folder so you might need to make it visible from the control panel.
To enable logging go to Settings and the tab for Server Settings. Enable Save Event Logs to file.
